Vegi Gel is a natural Vegetarian and Vegan friendly setting / gelling agent. Ideal for use in a wide variety of sweet and savoury recipes including soufflés, jellies, mousses, cheesecakes, terrines, flans and pies. Works well with all types of dairy, milk and soya. Produces clear gels. Vegi Gel has a setting temperature above room temperature in order to achieve a fast set. It is a natural product and non-GM in status.
Dosage: 1 – 2 %. (10-20 grams per litre of water or liquid depending on application)
Add Vegi Gel gradually to heated water or liquid whilst constantly stirring. Heat to boiling point and stir until all Veg Gel is dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Vegi Gel sets above room temperature.

Storage Conditions: Dark, dry and cool conditions. Shelf life of 2 years. Use within 6 months of opening.
